I don’t understand this question. From Brussels Int. Airport there are direct trains to Brussels city centre (gare centrale). It’s Europe, so the central station is always within walking distance to the city centre, which in Europe means the place where you have shops, restaurants and bars. Trains go from like 5h30 in the morning until 1h00 in the night every 15 minutes or so. Costs not so much. All this info you can find on the website of Brussels airport in like 3 languages….
