It completely depends on (a) your naitonality (b) your situation if you have a residence permit yourself and if it is long term (ie you have resided in Sweden for 5+ years already) and (c) if your parents are financially dependant on you
The best thing you can do is to follow the steps listed here on the official immigration site http://www.migrationsverket.se/english.html and fill it with your/their circumstances and it will confirm what the possibilities are.

They’d have to become a Swedish citizen to do that and it doesn’t make a difference for them if you get married to a citizen there. They aren’t born there and needs to be naturalized before they can live there permanently.
