I am looking for a safe, family friendly, upscale neighborhood. I am also curious how the people in Minnesota are. We are currently in Las Vegas and the people here are horrible. They have no manners and cannot drive if their life depended on it, which it kind of does. I want a place where the people are friendly and if you forget to lock your doors it’ll be ok at least for a bit.
I am staying in a farm cottage in outside of dublin, it does not have acess to the Internet.

I had a problem with a drunkard trying to close the door to my house, called the cops but they did nothing. When telling friends here about it The people make a hand signal with left hand & hold up the 3 little finger & ask did I give the cops a gift? Am I supposed to give the cops a gift (bribe) to get anything done? If so how much?
